Days after the terrorist attack on the Pentagon last September, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld pledged that the burned out wing of the military headquarters would be rebuilt and ready for business again within one year. As that deadline approaches, crews are putting the finishing touches on the massive rebuilding project. And, beginning this week, the 4,600 personnel whose offices were destroyed began moving back in. NPR's Allison Aubrey reports.
