Town Diet

For the past four years, residents of Dyersville, Iowa (population 4,000) have been going on a town-wide diet. Collectively, they've lost more than 2 tons. Host Steve Inskeep talks to Dyersville resident Diana Kirkwood, who helped create the weight-loss program.
