Tavis Smiley interviews Ron Kirk, the former mayor of Dallas, who would become the only black member of the U.S. Senate if he prevails in his November election bid. Smiley also speaks to Tony Sanchez, who's aiming to be the first Latino governor of Texas in U.S. history.
