Car theft is a serious problem in the Russian capital. Two businessmen got tired of always being the victims, so they opened up Moscow's Museum of Car Theft. Among the items on display: rudimentary car thief tools and photos of famous Russians who've also fallen prey to the vehicular larcenists. NPR's Lawrence Sheets reports.
