NPR's Emily Harris reports on the controversy brewing at the second biggest Superfund clean-up site in Kellogg, Idaho. The toxic pile is located in the middle of Idaho's Silver Valley near the Kellogg middle and elementary school. Some are worried that the toxic particles from the site will get into children's lungs.
