NPR's Michael Sullivan reports on elections in Pakistan. Exiled former Prime Ministers Nawaz Sharif and Benazir Bhutto filed nomination papers this week to run for a seat in Pakistan's upcoming parliament elections. Pakistan's current president Pervez Musharraf says he will jail the former prime ministers if they return to the country.
