Congress in New York

Today, hundreds of members of Congress arrive in New York City to commemorate the city's endurance through last year's terrorist attacks. The chartered train-ride and special luncheon are provided through private funds, and lawmakers acknowledge the session as a symbolic but important one. NPR's David Welna reports.
