Host Scott Simon talks with reporter Peter Finn of The Washington Post about the arrests in Germany of a young couple who were allegedly planning a terrorist attack on the U.S. Army's European Headquarters in Heidelberg. One of the suspects is a woman with joint German-American citizenship who worked at the base.
