NPR's Jim Zarroli reports that lawmakers investigating Martha Stewart's role in the ImClone case are asking the Justice Department to investigate whether Stewart made false statements. Committee Chairman Billy Tauzin said his committee's investigation was at a dead end because Stewart refused to cooperate and that he wanted to see certain discrepancies fully investigated.
