Two women are competing for the title of Miss North Carolina — in a courtroom. Rebekah Revels resigned as Miss North Carolina this summer after a former boyfriend told Miss America officials he had topless photos of Revels. She says he took them without her permission. Her resignation meant that her competitor, Misty Clymer, could claim the North Carolina beauty crown. But now Revels wants her title back. Jacki Lyden talks with Charlotte Observer reporter Mark Washburn about the story.
