Host Scott Simon talks with Joe Nocera, executive editor of Fortune magazine, about the legal troubles of three former executives of Tyco International. Dennis Kozlowski, former CEO of Tyco, and two of his colleagues are accused of looting more than $170 million from the company. The three men were indicted this week. They all pleaded not guilty.
