Iranian Capital Calm a Day After Gas Riots
Iran's government started rationing gasoline. Angry crowds responded to the government's move by setting a dozen gas stations on fire in Tehran. The country has the world's second largest oil and gas reserves, and gas prices had been subsidized. The situation has calmed. Najmeh Bozorgmehr, Financial Times correspondent in Tehran, tells Renee Montagne about the effects of gas rationing.
