NPR's Gerry Hadden reports on Mexico's faltering middle class. Once the bastion of hope that helped bring Mexico's Vicente Fox into the presidency in 2000, the middle class is now suffering. These conditions are feeding a volatile political atmosphere as Mexico goes into major legislative elections next year.
