The White House releases a draft version of a cyber-security plan today that urges government and industry to report information about vulnerabilities in the nation's information infrastructure. NPR's Larry Abramson reports that although some in the technology sector believe the report's proposals go far enough, critics say the government's hands-off approach is encouraging businesses to not defend adequately against cyber-terrorism.
