On Thursday afternoon, Iraqi Foreign Minister Naji Sabri took his country's case before the United Nations. Reading excerpts from a letter written by President Saddam Hussein, Sabri accused the United States of twisting the facts in order to gain support for its campaign against Iraq. NPR Diplomatic Correspondent Vicky O'Hara joins host Neal Conan to discuss his remarks.
