Stop and Say 'Cheese'

Police in Wilmington, Delaware, are detaining people on the street, snapping their photos, and then letting them go. They say the new program is helping reduce crime, but civil libertarians are crying foul. Karen Grisgby Bates talks with Wilmington police chief Michael Szczerba, and Drew Fennell, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware.
