Blair On Iraq

NPR's Nick Spicer reports from London, where British Prime Minister Tony Blair took his case against Iraq to the Parliament today. Blair released a dossier asserting that Iraqi president Saddam Hussein has chemical and biological weapons ready to launch within 45 minutes, and is trying to develop nuclear weapons. Some members of Blair's own Cabinet and Labor party are leery of military action against Iraq. (3:45)
