Host Bob Edwards speaks to NPR's Adam Hochberg, who is in New Orleans, about Tropical Storm Isidore. Forecasters say the storm could bring 20 inches of rain in states bordering the Gulf of Mexico. It has already closed schools and delayed flights in New Orleans.
