NPR legal affairs correspondent Nina Totenberg reports on the nomination of Miguel Estrada to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Some see his nomination as a victory for immigrants, while others view him as Hispanic in name only... and ignorant of issues that affect the community.
