NPR legal affairs correspondent Nina Totenberg reports on the nomination of Miguel Estrada to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Estrada's legal brilliance is not doubted in legal circles, but his conservative agenda has divided Hispanics. Some see his nomination as a victory for immigrants, while others view him as Hispanic in name only... and ignorant of issues that affect the community.
