Drugs & Alcohol

The number of Americans who drink alcohol and use drugs has increased sharply according to a recently government survey. Tavis Smiley talks with Dr. Westley Clark, director of the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, about why, and about what can be done to reduce it.
