NPR Diplomatic Correspondent Vicky O'Hara reports on the start of talks between Iraqi officials and a senior U.N. envoy. The two sides are expected to discuss plans to resume weapons inspections in Iraq. As those talks got underway in Vienna, senior U.S. and British officials were continuing diplomatic discussions aimed at ensuring support for action against Iraq, including war, in the event Baghdad fails to comply with U.N. demands for the elimination of its nuclear, chemical and biological weapons.
