Senate Debate on Iraq

The U.S. Senate was expected to begin its formal debate on Iraq Thursday. Up for consideration are competing resolutions giving President Bush authority to use force against Iraq. NPR's congressional correspondent, David Welna, joins guest host Lynn Neary for a discussion.
