Brazil's left-wing presidential candidate, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, holds a commanding lead ahead of Sunday's presidential elections — possibly strong enough for a first-round victory. But financial markets are on edge over the possibility of Brazil turning left. And Lula's first job as head of the world's fourth-most populous democracy would be to restore investor confidence.
