NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports on the indictment of Enaam Arnaout, the leader of a Chicago-area Islamic charity called the Benevolence International Foundation. He is accused of using money collected by the charity to support Osama bin Laden's al Qaeda network. Attorney General John Ashcroft says the United States has obtained documentation that the charity's founders were present at a meeting at which al Qaeda was formed, and thereafter used the charity's funds to support al Qaeda and other terrorist operations.
