Police Criticize Media Coverage of Sniper

NPR's Neda Ulaby reports that conflict between police investigating the Washington area shootings, and the media covering them, has become a story of its own. One Maryland police chief has chastised a news broadcaster for interfering with the case, and the press admits its torn between giving similar stories full coverage and holding back so as not to feed a serial killer's ego.
