NPR's Allison Aubrey reports one woman's tragic death has led her family to challenge boat manufacturers in the Supreme Court. Jeanne Sprietsma died from injuries sustained in a boating accident seven years ago. Her family says her death could have been avoided if the boating company installed guards to cover the boat's propeller. (4:03)
