A star guard for the New York Knicks breaks his hand aboard his yacht. A Minnesota Twins infielder gets sidelined when a teammate steps on his hand in a celebration pileup. Not your typical sports injuries. But off-field mishaps involving professional athletes are more common than you might think. NPR's Tom Goldman reports.
