Businesses Suffer from D.C. Area Sniper

NPR's Jack Speer reports that the sniper attacks are scaring away customers from businesses around Washington D-C. Several shootings occurred at gas stations, and now motorists are reluctant to fuel up. Some retailers are losing money as shoppers wait at home for the sniper's arrest.
