Sierra Maestra
Sue Steward reviews a CD by Sierra Maestra, a traditional Cuban band based in Havana. Sierra Maestra's sound is much like the acoustic bands of the 1930s, the time when the Buena Vista Social Club was popular. This album, Rumbero Soy, celebrates Sierra Maestra's 25th anniversary.
