Civil Rights and Election Day in Fla.

Officials in Miami-Dade County have called in the police to make sure voting goes smoothly in next month's election. But that's raised the concerns of some civil rights groups. Tavis Smiley talks about it with Howard Simon, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida, and Hilary Shelton, director of the Washington Bureau of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
