Host Bob Edwards speaks with NPR's Larry Abramson about the arrest of two people being sought in connection with the sniper investigation. They were surrounded this morning at a rest stop in Frederick County, Maryland, about an hour outside of Washington D-C, and are now in police custody. The sniper has killed 10 people and wounded 3 others since October 2.
