Despite several close games and impressive displays of hitting, the World Series isn't must-see TV. In fact, it has included two of the lowest-rated World Series games ever. FOX Television executives say that the regional matchup between two California teams, the Anaheim Angels and the San Francisco Giants, has depressed viewership. NPR's Tom Goldman reports.
