NPR's Andrea Seabrook reports on the arrest of two suspects in the sniper shootings around Washington, D.C. Police found a military-style rifle in the blue Chevrolet Caprice the men were captured in yesterday. Police say the rear of the car had been modified so someone could lie down and fire a gun through a hole bored in the trunk.
