Chief U.N. weapons inspectors Hans Blix and Mohamed ElBaradei today report to the U.N. Security Council on Iraq's compliance with resolutions demanding disarmament. The United States and Britain have already concluded that Iraq is not cooperating. Hear NPR's Vicky O'Hara.
