NPR's Brian Naylor reports from Jacksonville, Florida, where cargo ships are being loaded with the helicopters and trucks that the Army's 101st Airborne Division would need for an attack on Iraq. Troops from 101st Airborne were the vanguard for the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan and in the 1991 Persian Gulf War.
