U.S. Schools Pressed to Track Foreign Students

Feb. 15 is a deadline for American colleges to implement an Internet-based system to track foreign students. The INS says it's a weapon in the fight against terrorism. School administrators worry that it will discourage foreign students from attending U.S. universities. NPR's Greg Allen reports.
