Robert Cerasoli, the first-ever inspector general for the city of New Orleans, takes office next month. His role will be to put an end to political corruption and wasteful spending. Cerasoli has been promised broad investigative powers, including the power of subpoena. Cerasoli talks with Madeleine Brand.
