Chicago authorities say the nightclub where 21 people died in a pre-dawn crush Feb. 17 had been ordered to shut down last summer because of safety violations. An attorney for the operators of the E-2 dance club say the owners had an agreement with the city to keep it open. Hear Rudolph Bush of the Chicago Tribune.
