NPR's Ari Shapiro visited 7th and 8th graders attending the National Engineers' Week "Future City Competition" in Washington, D.C. As much of the Northeast and Midatlantic copes with historic amounts of snow accumulation, the young civil engineers-in-training share their thoughts on how cities could cope with snow removal.
