Turkey, U.S. Troop Deployment Talks Reach Critical Stage

Turkey's prime minister is expected to announce today whether his government has reached an agreement with the United States that would allow U.S. troops to deploy along Turkey's southern border with Iraq. Turkey wants a $30 billion aid package in exchange. Hear NPR's Guy Raz.
