Chief U.N. inspector Hans Blix demands that Iraq destroy its battlefield ground-to-ground missiles that are found to exceed the U.N.'s 90-mile range limit. It comes as America and Britain struggle to find compromise language for a new Iraq resolution capable of winning majority approval in the Security Council. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
