Secretary of State Colin Powell begins a five-day trip to Asia with a stop in Japan. Powell will meet with neighbors of North Korea in an effort to gain consensus for efforts to convince the reclusive communist nation to abandon nuclear weapons program. The Iraq issue is also a major part of Powell's agenda. NPR's Rob Gifford reports.
