A criminal investigation is under way in the wake of a devastating fire that left nearly 100 people dead at a Rhode Island nightclub. Gov. Don Carcieri says all bodies have been removed, but so far only nine have been positively identified. The death toll could rise. Many survivors remain in critical condition.
