Teen Transplant Recipient Declared Dead

Doctors at Duke University Hospital declare 17-year-old Jesica Santillan dead after a second heart-and-lung transplant fails to save her. During the first operation, the young woman received organs that did not match her blood type. The mistake led to severe complications and brain death. NPR's Richard Knox reports.
