U.S., Britain to Submit New Resolution on Iraq

The United States and Britain prepare to introduce a new resolution declaring Iraq in breach of U.N. orders to disarm and warning of "serious consequences." Bush administration officials say they expect the United Nations to consider the resolution "in short order," with a vote by mid-March. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
