Arizona Enacts Strict Immigration Law

This week, Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano signed a tough immigration law, penalizing companies that knowingly employ illegal workers. The law goes into effect in January 2008. Napolitano, who expresses frustration that Congress failed to pass national immigration legislation, talks with Madeleine Brand.
