War, Terrorism Worries Shake Consumer Confidence

Consumer confidence plunges in February as the increasing threat of war and terrorism take their tolls on American attitudes. It's the third drop in a row, and confidence levels are at their lowest in nearly a decade. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
