Residents in the Tel Aviv, Israel, suburb of Ramat Gan prepare for the possibility of an attack by Iraq. Many fear a repeat of the 1991 Gulf War, when the town was hit by more than half of the three dozen Scud missiles Iraq launched at Israeli cities. NPR's Linda Gradstein reports.
