The Turkish parliament again delays a vote on an agreement with Washington that would allow for the deployment of more than 60,000 U.S. troops along Turkey's border with Iraq. Some Turkish lawmakers say their government does not have enough votes to approve the deal. The vote is rescheduled for Saturday. NPR's Guy Raz reports.
