Arab leaders gather at Egypt's resort town Sharm el-Sheikh for a summit on the prospect of war in Iraq. Arab League ministers are working on an outline for a joint resolution on the possibility of war but so far have failed to reach a consensus. NPR's Michael Sullivan reports.
